DEPOSE THE FOLLOWING:

I am a citizen of the BANGLADESH.
I was born in Alka, Fultala, Khulna, Bangladesh.
I reside at Alka, Fultala, Khulna.
I am a uncle of Md. Huq Sardar.
He was born on 10 February, 1978.
His mother is Rizia Begum and father is the Md. A. Malek Sardar.
My family lived very close to Md. Huq Sardar family in Bangladesh, and I was present at the time of his birth in Village-Alka, Post-Fultala, Police Station-Fultala, District-Khulna, Country-Bangladesh.

I know his family very well and we still visit one another on family occasions. The information mentioned above is true and correct to the best of my knowledge.
